Terms for rentals
Rental charges are for time out, whether used or not.
A 25% reservation fee is required on all contracts at time of
reservation this fee is not refundable unless a seven day notice
is given. Prices listed are for a one-day rental.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery/pickup
Delivery is available for a nominal fee in our local area. Arrangements
can be made to other areas.
Deliveries are based on first floor delivery to your door. All
china, glassware, flatware should be food-free and repacked
in the original containers as delivered.
Equipment must be stacked and original containers; such as dishes,
flatware etc.and ready for pickup in same place delivered. Items
not meeting these conditions are subject to an additional fee.
Loss or damage
For items lost or damaged the full replacement value will be
charged. Any items that are found at a later date are gladly
accepted and a refund will be issued. Responsibility for
rentals remain with the customer, from time of delivery to time
of pickup. Be sure all items are secured when not in use,
and protected from weather or theft.
Cleaning
Dishes, linens, chaffers, or machines (exluding bar-b-ques)
Cleaning is not required. Food free is greatly appreciated.
Linens
A special note about our linens be sure to shake off all crumbs
or confetti. Make sure that all linens are not damp or wet,
they will mold this would result in a replacement fee. Wax,
from candle usage is a problem that may require a separate cleaning
charge or replacement cost. Be sure to return all hangers and
clips that are provided. |
